You will be responsible for conducting quality inspections in compliance with SOP & KORE requirements. Support and execute activities required by the operational team to ensure all parameters are inspected according to the SOP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality & food safety parameter checks for areas such as blending process approval, tea extraction, hot fill line, PET line, can line, BIB line, etc., ensuring accurate documentation.
- Ensure routine testing complies with the quality plan and SOP.
- Take immediate action to address non-conforming quality attributes according to out-of-spec SOPs to minimize non-conforming products. Follow up on issues and monitor regularly.
- Perform equipment calibrations, BEC, and preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
- Maintain good laboratory hygiene and practices, including 5S, GMP, and waste disposal, following 'Clean as you go' principles.
- Accurately enter data daily for analysis and reporting.
- Support rework activities as needed.
- Perform duties assigned by the Shift Executive/Manager within specified timeframes.
- Act and perform immediate actions to address non-conforming quality attributes to minimize product wastage.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum STPM, Diploma, or Degree in Chemistry, Food Science/Food Technology, or BTech in Food Technology.
- Experience: 1-2 years in beverage manufacturing or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Capabilities:
- Ability to interact with personnel across departments.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and quality management systems.
- Understanding of KPIs and criteria.

Important note: Must be able to work shifts and in Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
