Job summary

PEGAUNIHAN TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to host and facilitate ISO9001 audits, develop audit plans, and track findings and improvements. The role also supports Management Review meetings and maintains the QMS documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The candidate should have 1 year or more in a relevant field, a Diploma or Degree, fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin helpful), and strong office software and communication skills to

• Experience hosting ISO9001 audits and coordinating audit processes.
• Knowledge of QMS documentation and audit record keeping.
• Ability to support management reviews and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Host and facilitate ISO9001/RBA/audit activities and plan development.
• Prepare and conduct Management Review meetings and track actions.
• Establish and maintain the quality management system (QMS).
• Organize QMS-related training (ISO standards, internal auditor).
• Lead planning, design, documentation, and implementation of QMS.
