Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of auditing experience.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001/AS9100/TL9000/ISO 13485, ISO 14001/ ISO 45001).
• Knowledge of RBA Code of Conduct is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with ability to perform detailed root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Results-driven and responsible.
• Adaptable and open to change.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal audit program (plan, conduct, report, follow up, and close audits).
• Ensure procedures and implementation meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Integrate customer requirements into QESHLE management system.
• Maintain QESHLE management system (ISO, AS, TL, RBA) and drive improvement.
• Support risk management and ensure actions are implemented.
• Support KPI setup, monitor performance, and drive improvements.
• Report key risks and recommend improvements to management.
• Coordinate management review materials and ensure improvement actions are timely carried out
• Handle other assigned tasks/projects.
