About the role

GETTOP TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Quality System Engineer (QMS) to join our team in Tampoi, Johor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop, implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System to meet international standards and customer requirements.
2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in quality processes and procedures.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse quality data, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
4. Review and update quality-related documentation, including quality manuals, work instructions, and quality control plans.
5. Provide training and guidance to production and support staff on quality systems and processes.
6. Liaise with customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters.
7. Support the continuous improvement of the company's quality performance and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality engineering role, preferably in the electronics and automotive manufacturing.
3. Thorough understanding of quality management systems and international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
