Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturing company in Penang seeks a Quality Management System professional. You will establish and optimize Quality Systems, lead audits, and manage documentation. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and familiarity with ISO standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QMS/EHS management within electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in establishing ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of UL inspection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize Quality Systems for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Lead Internal Audits and improve quality tools.
• Manage documentation control and maintenance.

Job description

Overview

• Responsible for Quality System setting up, implementation, maintenance and optimisation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Organize or participate in necessary training courses regarding Quality System documents: the procedure, work instruction and others relevant.
• Responsible for Internal Audit and lead team to improve Quality tools like CAPA to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Responsible for the 3rd party online or onsite audit and lead an internal team for improvement.
• Responsible for external certification activities including the consultant and certification.
• Responsible for customer complaints regarding Quality system improvement.
• Participate in Supplier and Customer audits while necessary.
• Calibration maintenance and management include the calibration plan arrangement and report management.
• Document control and maintenance include all levels of QS documents and external documents from customers, suppliers and 3rd parties.
• Landax system maintenance.

Job Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor22s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in QMS/EHS management within the electronics manufacturing sector or equivalent professional background.
• Preferably, experience in establishing ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 systems.
• Knowledge of UL inspection is considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as 5Why, 8D, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Capable of addressing complex issues effectively.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Displays an attitude of reliability, responsibility and teamwork.
