Job description

To plan and systematically implement activities within the quality system that can be demonstrated to provide confidence that a product or service will fulfill requirements for quality.

Plan and coordinate with relevant parties/departments on Quality Assurance related topics to ensure smooth and successful operations.

Review customer requirements/specifications, raw material technical properties, and supplier/customer agreements.

Develop quality processes that ensure only products conforming to specifications are shipped to customers.

Develop and execute monitoring of incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality data, and drive continuous improvements.

Develop periodic training and assessments for QA auditors.

When necessary, plan and perform failure analysis on customer-return parts, coordinate and drive root cause analysis using the 8D approach and other quality tools.

Communicate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to customers via various channels, including site visits when necessary.

Your Profile

At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing field.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Quality-related fields.
• Added advantage with ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and metrology.
• Proficiency with MS operating systems and software.
• Knowledge of QM tools and practical experience with quality assurance methods (Gage R&R, MSA, SPC, FMEA, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Minitab and other statistical analysis tools.
