Job description

Responsible for driving backend SPC performance to meet or exceed targets and automating the SPC tool with integration to other QMS tools to support auto tool stop and hold lot.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

1. Work with process owners to translate business process requirements into harmonized operating procedures for rollout across all backend sites.
2. Drive backend SPC performance and automate the SPC tool with integration to other QMS tools to support auto tool stop and hold lot.
3. Develop a strong SPC community with local process experts at backend sites to implement best practices and support stakeholders in achieving targets.
4. Ensure SPC parameters follow QMS systematics, applying appropriate Western Electric rules, classification, and control limits.
5. Standardize SPC tool usage and harmonize practices and OCAP across sites.
6. Collaborate with local process experts to monitor SPC performance, ensuring process stability and capability, and react to deviations.
7. Act as the main contact for process owners to communicate SPC information and gather feedback on site needs and concerns.
8. Conduct training sessions to equip local process experts with necessary knowledge and skills.
9. Support continuous improvement and standardization of business processes.

Your Profile

You are suited for this role if you have:

• A master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Material, Manufacturing).
• Good knowledge of statistics, industrial standards, statistical methods & tools, FMEA.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor backend process engineering, package development, or quality management, with hands-on experience in statistical process control.
• Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, passionate about statistics and problem-solving.
• Experience leading technical teams and conducting site validation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and big data analytics tools.
