Specializing in the development and manufacturing of high-quality hygienic products, we are dedicated to producing top-tier products using high-purity stainless steel. Our expertise lies in the manufacturing of weldment products for the semiconductor industry, including gaslines, pumping lines, gas delivery fittings, and components.

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards.

Proven leadership and analytical skills, with a strong focus on problem-solving and process optimization.

Expertise in applying 7 QC Tools and Quality Control Management principles.

Advanced proficiency in using various measurement tools and equipment for quality assessment.

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, aiding communication with China-based colleagues and supplier.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO and regulatory standards.

Lead internal and external audits, ensuring the company is always audit-ready and fully compliant.

Track and improve quality performance by identifying and addressing problem areas.

Work closely with production, engineering, and purchasing teams to make sure quality standards are followed at every step.

Investigate quality issues, find the root causes, and apply effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Train and support staff on quality procedures, tools, and best practices.

Promote a strong culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standards across the company.

Oversee day-to-day quality control (QC) activities, ensuring smooth inspection processes and compliance with company standards.

Create and update work instructions and improvement plans to boost efficiency and product quality.

Manage inspections at all key stages: incoming materials, during production, and before final delivery.

Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and working correctly.

Perform any ad-hoc managerial tasks as required, supporting production and quality objectives.
