  • Expected salary: RM8,000 - RM12,000 per month

Position: Quality Manager | SPJ

Company: Solar Tracker System Manufacturer

Salary Range: Basic up to MYR12,000 (negotiable for candidates with excellent experience)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5:30pm

Location: Senai, Johor

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of quality personnel with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Implement quality control mapping from China HQ.
  • Develop quality management systems aligned with customer specifications and requirements.
  • Manage supply chain quality development.
  • Oversee in-house quality control processes.
  • Drive problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes and suppliers.
  • Verify and justify purchase of measurement tools, gauges, jigs, instruments, or equipment.
  • Lead and coach quality personnel in interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure employee skill and knowledge empowerment regarding new technology, machinery, and equipment.
  • Prepare and compile weekly and monthly reports for the Quality Director.
  • Manage and resolve day-to-day issues with internal teams or suppliers.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in relevant fields such as Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management.
  • Preferably 2 years of managerial experience.
