We are seeking a highly skilled QMS Engineer to join our team at LION HYGIENIC MATERIALS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD in Senai Johor. As a full-time QMS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes and products. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our continuous improvement efforts and upholding the highest standards in the Manufacturing sector.

Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) to meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Manage internal and external audits effectively.

Oversee calibration activities and maintain accurate document control.

Implement quality control processes and provide training to employees on quality practices.

Support production staff by offering guidance and training on quality procedures.

Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and new quality assurance practices.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's quality management system and procedures

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field

3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the Manufacturing

Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 : 2025)

Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality objectives
