Job summary

Adhes Packaging Technology in Pulau Indah, Selangor, is hiring for a QA/QC related role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and a minimum of 1 year in a related field is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail, and be self-motivated to work independently. Knowledge of packaging industry standards, ISO, and computer literacy, plus multilingual abilities, are added advantages.

Qualifications

• SPM level and above.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field, preferably in QA/QC or manufacturing, will be an added advantage.
• Possess good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the packaging industry, ISO standards, computer literacy, and multilingual abilities are added advantages.
• Must be willing to work night shifts when required.
• Applicants must be willing to work at our factory in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• To perform incoming QC inspection of materials as per specifications.
• To perform in-process & post production QC inspection on work-in-progress and final product as per specifications.
• To perform outgoing inspection of finished goods before delivery / shipment as per specifications.
• To prepare accurate & reliable data in specified quality check-sheet by performing inspections as mentioned above in conformance to quality standard, method and procedure.
• To report all defective/rejection and quality issues to QA department.
• Responsible for all aspects of quality control and assurance activities.
• To assist QA department in all continual improvement program.
• To perform tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
