Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Implement inline 100% TQC check, FAI supporting, IPQA audit and OQA 100% outgoing check.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Implement quality inspection for product both in-process unit and finished goods;
2. Conduct process audit for production line (NPI and MP) or other required area;
3. To direct any discrepancies or any queries encountered during inspection to appropriate personnel;
4. To verified parts with drawing specification and requirements before packing;
5. Quality Engineer follow up corrective actions as well as rework status;
6. Implement and follow up changed official documentation status;
7. Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Works in a cleanroom environment and uses general inspection equipment.
• Works in a noisy and fast-paced manufacturing/lab environment.
• Able to work in shift rotation and overtime when required.

SKILLS

• Ability of understand quality standard and process requirement;
• Skills of electronic product assembly inspection, and function test if necessary;
• Skills of electronic product manufacturing process and process audit, 5S etc;
• Basic understanding on IPC electronic requirements;
• Basic understanding on operating any Manufacturing Exection System;
• PC skills, can properly make routing report with MS office tools;
• Basic knowledge of ISO9001;
• Knowledge and understanding of ESD practices

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of electronic product manufacturing quality inspection experiences, or proper education background without any work experience, or show very potential positive trend for quality inspector working if without any work experience.

EDUCATION

• High school or technical school, or equivalent.
