Job description

Incoming material inspection. According to the inspection specifications, drawings, and sampling standards, inspect raw materials, parts, and components through full inspection or sampling to ensure compliance with the company's quality requirements.

Process inspection. At fixed intervals on the production line, sample and check process parameters, operational specifications, and material consistency.

Finished product inspection. Based on technical standards (such as size, appearance, performance parameters) for finished products like air compressors and vacuum cleaners, perform full inspection or sampling to ensure compliance with customer and company quality standards.

When defective products or process issues are identified, immediately isolate and feedback the problems, and promote responsible departments to analyze causes and verify improvement measures.

Aggregate inspection data, generate daily/weekly reports for management, utilize QC tools (e.g., SPC, Plato) to analyze quality trends, and suggest preventive improvements.

Update inspection specifications, maintain gauges/testing equipment, guide line staff in self-inspection and mutual inspection, and enhance overall quality awareness among staff.

Requirements

High school diploma or above; major is not limited.

More than 1 year of quality inspection experience, skilled in using gauges and testing instruments.

Meticulous and rigorous, capable of ensuring inspection data accuracy, proficient in computer office applications.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to clearly feedback issues, promote departmental collaboration, quickly identify causes of abnormalities, and propose effective improvement plans.
