Responsibilities

• Perform 1st piece inspection and in-process inspections every 2 hours.
• Submit inspection reports and raise non-conforming material reports.
• Verify equipment and maintain inspection records.

Job description

To perform in process Inspection based on Quality Standard Instruction (QSI) referring to Customer Quality Standard, record the inspection result and to inform to superior for any abnormalities found during the inspection.

Job Description:

Perform 1st piece inspection (visual & dimension) every startup as per QSI

Review/verify initial machine setup checklist & related doc

Perform in process inspection(visual & dimension) every 2 hourly as per QSI

Submit inspection report to Superior for approval

Buy off line & ensure part, jig & document were correct & in place.

Raw part inspection upon receiving

Inform production on 1st piece approval status.

Record & maintain inspection report for all inspection carried out.

Revert to superior when non-conformity is found.

Raised non-conforming material report (NCMR) for quality issue found.

Follow up and review activity Rework, Sorting & scrap.

Perform equipment verification (digital caliper).

Onhold / reject any nonconformance part during in process inspection.
