Job description

What you’ll do

• Responsible for handling of internal quality issues.
• Partner with stakeholders for root cause investigation, corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive quality improvements to reduce/prevent repeated & recurrence issue.
• Drive proactive measure, standardization, and cross product learning proliferation.
• Compile and report quality performance in global and site review platforms.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities of improvement in the manufacturing process.
• Ensure that manufacturing processes and ultimately, final products, meet both internal and external quality standards.

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor and quality related field.
• Hands on experience in process, product, and line audit.
• Possess statistical analysis, Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing skills.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in clean room environment.
