JINJING TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a Quality Engineer to oversee product quality, drive process stability, and champion continuous improvement across manufacturing.

Based in Kulim, Kedah, the role offers a full-time position within a dynamic, quality-focused team dedicated to enhancing product and process performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing quality experience; glass industry experience preferred.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and quality management systems; able to prepare quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience in incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control and customer complaint handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong safety awareness, knowledge of laboratory safety, chemical management, and 5S; Chinese proficiency is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspection team operations, including manpower planning, shift scheduling, performance management, and staff training.
• Manage inspection equipment, measuring instruments, and chemical reagents to ensure compliance and safe operation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain inspection SOPs, quality standards, control plans, and related documentation.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to ensure product quality and customer requirements.
• Analyze quality data, manage traceability systems, and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Investigate quality issues, implement corrective/preventive actions, and maintain quality records.
• Ensure workplace safety and 5S compliance through training, audits, and continuous monitoring.
