Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a QA/QC professional to manage factory QMS, sign off on quality documents, and lead internal and external audits.

You will conduct daily floor checks, analyze process data to fix quality issues, and monitor supplier ratings for packaging and vendors.

The role requires experience in QA/QC manufacturing, knowledge of QMS and auditing, with availability to work in Rawang on a 5.5-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC manufacturing.
• Knowledge of QMS, auditing, and problem-solving.
• Able to work in Rawang and commit to a 5.5-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage factory QMS systems, sign off on quality documents, and lead internal/external audits.
• Do daily floor patrols, analyze process data to fix quality issues, and track supplier ratings (packaging and vendors).
• Handle customer complaints, manage non-conforming materials, and resolve quality claims.
• Prepare weekly quality reports and report major issues to the Department Head.
