Job Purpose

Supports the development, improvement, and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools. Implements employee training programs.

Job Description

1. Configures and updates the Quality Management System.
2. Supports the definition and implementation of training plans on time.
3. Communicates programs, standards, and procedures to the quality team and other plant employees.
4. Assembles cost control and statistical data to support quality objectives.
5. Participates in the development of Group tools and policies to measure performance.
6. Reports regularly on system performance and new developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Quality.

• At least 2 years of experience.

• Good knowledge of Management Systems.
