About the Job

• Own the full lifecycle of project quality assurance to guarantee that all products hit performance and compliance benchmarks.
• Anticipate potential quality roadblocks early, deploy preventative measures, and champion ongoing factory‑floor improvements.
• Evaluate and report on key performance indicators (such as parts per million, scrap rates, and field failures) to meet company quality goals.
• Partner with engineering, production, and external vendors to streamline workflows and permanently eliminate manufacturing defects.
• Spearhead structured troubleshooting investigations (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) and serve as a key point of contact for client and internal quality audits.

About the Experience

• Degree in a relevant Engineering field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment (E&E or Semiconductor background is highly advantageous).
• Strong proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies.
• Fluent in Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with key business stakeholders.
