Job description

Your tasks

1. Responsible for carrying out the Company’s objectives related to customer quality specifications.
2. Check incoming and outgoing product conditions and quality, ensuring proper handling of materials (no ovality, scratches, dust on the pipe) and record on the "Material Receiving Inspection Report".
3. Ensure quality documentation is implemented and properly documented.
4. Guide & instruct the company on responsibilities related to standard requirements working with customer specifications.
5. Manage, coordinate, and report on internal and external NCRs.
6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding NCRs.
7. Create NCR reports, seek root causes, and identify issues (Manpower, Materials, Machines, Environment).
8. Inspect and check weld quality, finished product dimensions & angles, record on QA Fabrication Final Inspection checklist.
9. Immediately communicate rejections and take corrective actions.
10. Provide weekly updates on quality issues, NCRs, and corrective actions.
11. Actively seek improvements in process flow.
12. Ensure finished product documents/drawings are attached during delivery.
13. Check and ensure drawings and reports are filed correctly upon final inspection.
14. Verify the finished products are well packed before delivery.

Your profile

1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced project execution environment.
3. At least 2 years of quality control experience is required.
4. Ability to work independently and across diverse cultures, with good communication skills in a multinational environment.
5. Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
6. Organized and focused.
7. Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, or similar software.
8. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
9. Site support and customer-facing experience as per project requirements.
10. Good Document Practice (GDP) skills.
