Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop and manage QA processes ensuring products meet quality, function, and reliability standards prior to delivery; you will lead quality assurance activities on the shop floor.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Quality Engineering or related discipline, ten years of related experience with supervisory responsibilities, a Lead Auditor certificate, and ISO 9001:2015 experience;

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Quality Engineering or related discipline.
• Ten years of experience in related field with supervisory experience.
• Lead Auditor certificate from a well-known organization.
• Working in ISO 9001:2015 environment organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, and other appropriate staff.
• Manage product testing technics including CMM(computerized measuring machine).
• In charge for calibration all measuring equipment as gauges ,calipers ,pressure gauges and other equipment that need calibration.
• Leading the MRB(Material Review Board) at the production floor.
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Reviews client, customer, and user complaints and other feedback.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
