Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Quality Engineer to develop, implement, and manage processes that ensure products meet quality, function, and reliability specs prior to delivery. The role emphasizes setting standards, calibrating measuring equipment, and leading MRB decisions on the production floor.

You will audit, review client feedback, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance while coaching a team to uphold excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Quality Engineering or related discipline.
• Lead Auditor certificate from a well-known organization.
• Ten years of experience in related field with supervisory experience.
• Experience in ISO 9001:2015 environmental operations.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, and other appropriate staff.
• Coordinates product testing processes.
• Manage product testing technics including CMM(computerized measuring machine).
• In charge for calibration all measuring equipment as gauges ,calipers ,pressure gauges and other equipment that need calibration.
• Leading the MRB(Material Review Board) at the production floor.
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Reviews client, customer, and user complaints and other feedback.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
