About the role

As a Quality Engineer at LUXSHARE PRECISION (M) SDN. BHD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the excellence and reliability of our manufacturing processes and products. This full-time position is based in Perak Tengah District, Perak, and will involve overseeing quality assurance and control measures across our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, implementing and monitoring quality control systems and processes to meet industry standards and customer requirements
• Conducting quality audits, inspections and tests at various stages of production to identify and address non-conformities
• Analysing quality data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and best practices
• Staying up-to-date with quality regulations, standards and industry trends to ensure compliance

What we\'re looking for

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related field
• Minimum 3 years\' experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proficient in quality control methodologies, such as Six Sigma, ISO standards and Lean Manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and implement corrective actions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
