Responsible for quality analysis setup, analysis, feedback opportunities, and follow-up for improvements.
Main Responsibilities and Authority
Take part in process validation, set up inspection procedures based on material/product specifications, and qualify testing systems.
Operate inspection procedures, train and qualify line QC inspectors, and set up and follow up the quality control plan.
Perform batch record reviews to develop quality metrics and drive defect reduction efforts.
Perform statistical analysis of process data; interpret, compile, and organize results.
Collaborate with other engineers for failure investigations, including NCR, deviations, complaints, field returns, and outgoing inspection investigations. Organize quality improvement projects.
Authorize the release of in-process products and finished goods (FG) that meet predefined specifications, relating to his/her responsible product line. Act as a coach for QCs.
Define processes for quality analysis, perform statistical analysis based on the data, and prepare data for opportunities that need further analysis and improvement.
Provide feedback on opportunities to relevant functions for further analysis and improvement, and follow up to ensure effective implementation until closure as scheduled.
Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures within areas of responsibility.
Continuously contribute ideas to improve performance.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements/Skills:
Strong practical and analytical abilities.
Understanding of process/equipment validation requirements.
Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good coordination, communication skills, and team spirit.

High responsibility and attention to detail.
Qualifications/Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Science or Engineering disciplines or equivalent work experience.
Mechanical or Electronic background preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment or relevant experience, with good product knowledge.
Experience in medical devices and/or broad manufacturing technologies is advantageous.
