We are currently seeking applicants for a Quality Engineer position at Vishay Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. The role involves maintaining, monitoring, managing, and ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting audit readiness for Calibration, ESD, Document Control, and related tasks.

Job Location: Krubong, Melaka. Experience the vibrant local culture, with nearby malls, restaurants, parks, and a stadium.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Managing quality KPIs for your area of responsibility.
2. Coordinating with internal users and external vendors for calibration programs, ensuring records are complete and audit-ready.
3. Conducting ESD audits/inspections and maintaining the ESD control program.
4. Managing document change requests and the document control system, supporting audits with up-to-date documentation.
5. Driving cross-functional teams to improve quality KPIs related to calibration, ESD compliance, and document control.

What You Will Bring:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Science, or related Engineering field.
2. At least 2 years’ experience in a semiconductor environment.
3. Knowledge of measurement and calibration techniques.
4. Understanding of ESD and audit skills.
5. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
6. Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
