Job summary

A global energy company in Johor Bahru is looking for a Quality Management Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will assist in the implementation and improvement of Quality Management systems, communicate standards, and help with employee training programs. Job Purpose

Supports the development, improvement, and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools. Implements employee training programs.

Job Description
  • Configures and updates the Quality Management System
  • Supports defining and implementing training plans on time
  • Communicates programs, standards, and procedures to the quality team and other plant employees
  • Assembles cost control and statistical data to support quality objectives, as needed
  • Participates in the development of group tools and policies to measure performance
  • Reports regularly on system performance and new developments
You are meant for this job if:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably with a specialization in Quality)
  • You have 0 to 2 years of experience
  • You have good knowledge of Management Systems
