About the Job
Incoming & Supplier Quality Management (% of time = 90%)
- Inbound-Outbound goods quality control. Perform inspection effectively as per quality assurance plan to ensure conformity to standards and requirements.
- Manage non-conformance products and non-quality failures, timely disposition, and closed-loop follow-up actions.
- Conduct product quality training to warehouse to ensure the fundamental quality plan is established, well understood, and executed by the warehouse team.
- Prevent the occurrence of quality defects in advance, including quality improvement activities.
- Monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas of improvement. Collect and evaluate supplier quality data to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with the internal team for alignment of interests within business activities.
- Conduct supplier quality management, supplier audits, root cause analysis, product audits, 8D, and necessary corrective actions for improvement using systematic approaches.
- Establish quality standards if necessary for new launching products and special control products.
Others (% of time = 10%)
- Support in conducting process and system audits in accordance with internal audit requirements.
- Monitor and coordinate relevant equipment calibration matters (if any).
- Provide support in case of customer claims.
- Share best practices to ensure the highest level of product quality.
- Support in QMS document control.
- Any other tasks as required by superior.
