Job description

Responsible for supervising and ensuring that the production process and product quality meet company quality standards, customer requirements, and relevant regulations. Identify and resolve quality issues promptly to enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Inspection & Testing
• Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods according to quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Record test results and report abnormalities to the supervisor in a timely manner.

2. Production Process Monitoring
• Monitor the production process to ensure all procedures comply with quality standards.
• Identify quality issues during production and propose corrective and preventive measures.

3. Quality Reporting
• Prepare quality inspection reports, record test data, and document non-conforming products.
• Analyze the causes of quality issues and provide improvement suggestions.

4. Standards & Process Compliance
• Ensure all operations comply with ISO 9001 and other quality management system requirements.
• Participate in the maintenance and updates of quality system documentation.

5. Training & Communication
• Provide training to the production team on quality standards and operating procedures.
• Communicate with the production, procurement, and warehouse departments to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

6. Non-Conforming Product Handling
• Responsible for identifying, isolating, and handling non-conforming products.
• Assist in investigating the causes of non-conformance and implementing corrective actions.

7. ISO9001:2015

Responsible to manage, co-ordinate and oversee the implementation of ISO9001:2015 (QMS) for Quality Assurance Department.

Job Requirements:
• Diploma or above in any related fields preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in quality control or related fields.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015).
• Proficiency in using inspection equipment and tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with strong problem analysis and resolution abilities.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses strong professional ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
