Job description

Job Responsibility

• Responsible for quality inspection, registration, and handling of all returned packages in the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate the shelving and inventory management of returned packages, ensuring timely processing daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Collaborate closely with the Vietnam customer service team to ensure seamless workflow in the returns process.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Shanghai headquarters to optimize the efficiency of the returns process.
• Maintain healthy inventory turnover for returns, preventing stockpile issues and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
• Report weekly and monthly progress to the Customer Service Head, providing updates and process optimization insights.
• Adapt to global standardized training, and can train local team to operate small appliances reasonably;
  
  

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must.
• Warehouse-related experience is not mandatory but will be considered a plus.
• Familiar with computer operation and ERP operation. Experience in return sorting and warehouse work is a plus.
• Strong communication and execution skills with a talent for cross-team collaboration. Adaptable, quick-thinking, and capable of executing tasks effectively.
