Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial experience, preferably in volume manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of FDA QSR, GMP, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support QC Inspectors to meet daily goals.
• Oversee QC processes for incoming materials, in-process checks, and final production checks; drive issue resolution.
• Maintain GMP, 5S, and quality standards on the production floor and ensure proper housekeeping.
• Support calibration activities and drive continuous improvement; track KPI and SPC analyses.
