• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 and FSC standards.
• Manage and maintain quality-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Attend to customer quality feedback and respond to customer corrective action reports.

Job description

Educate employees and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 and FSC standards, identify non-conformities, and initiate corrective actions.

Coordinate with certification bodies and customers to prepare for external audits, ensuring the organization is ready for assessment.

Manage and maintain all quality-related documentation, including records, procedures, and policies, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Facilitate initiatives to improve quality processes, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Attend to customer quality feedback and reply to customer corrective action report (CAR).

Oversee and approve the materials, and finished goods to ensure adherence to established quality standards.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

Preferably 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Hardworking and responsible.

Good interpersonal skills.

Possess basic computer knowledge.
