You will work with production teams, analyze defect data and implement corrective actions. A relevant diploma or degree and 2–3 years of experience are preferred, with a commitment to accuracy, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of quality control/assurance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality inspection techniques.
• Proficient in using measuring instruments and QC equipment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct routine inspections and testing of security doors during manufacturing.
• Document QC findings with detailed inspection reports and corrective actions.
• Perform dimensional checks using precision instruments like callipers and gauges.
• Investigate defects and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns.
• Maintain QC records and organize test result database.
• Identify quality trends and suggest process improvements.
• Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Perform final product inspections prior to dispatch.
