Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Line Leader/Technician to oversee the full production process from drying to packaging in Kulim, Malaysia. You will supervise the operations team and ensure daily targets are met according to the production plan.

You will train operators, conduct shift handovers, and coordinate changeovers and preventive maintenance while ensuring PQC results meet quality standards in line with ISO-13485.

Qualifications

• Education level: Diploma or equivalent; SPM/STPM acceptable with 2+ years in related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in related field preferred.
• Capability: Able to work in shift pattern; basic ISO-13485 understanding.
• Skills: Troubleshooting, advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); independent and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production output and quality targets.
• Perform daily shift handover for smooth production.
• Run production per supervisor's plan and schedule.
• Assist supervisor to ensure smooth production per policies.
• Coordinate startups, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance.
• Train and guide operators in manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ensure timely onboarding and training of new employees.
• Verify PQC results before mass production.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
