A leading logistics provider in Klang City is seeking a Quality Control Officer to handle client inquiries, coordinate order fulfillment, and analyze quality performance data. Candidates with an SPM or equivalent and proficient in English and Mandarin are encouraged to apply. The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, order status updates, and service issues.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., inbound, inventory, outbound) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor and update order status in the system; communicate delays or issues proactively to customers.
Prepare and send daily, weekly, or monthly reports to clients as required.
Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently (CCTV checking), ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service recovery.
Prepare weekly and monthly quality performance dashboards including:
Use Excel or Google Sheets to analyze QC data and highlight repeat issues or underperforming SKUs/processes.
Share QC insights during internal operations review meetings or with client service teams.
