Job description
Quality Control Officer (SPM holder are welcome)

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, order status updates, and service issues.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., inbound, inventory, outbound) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Monitor and update order status in the system; communicate delays or issues proactively to customers.

Prepare and send daily, weekly, or monthly reports to clients as required.

Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently (CCTV checking), ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service recovery.

Prepare weekly and monthly quality performance dashboards including:

  • Order accuracy rate (%)
  • Return reasons summary
  • Non-performance root cause analysis

Use Excel or Google Sheets to analyze QC data and highlight repeat issues or underperforming SKUs/processes.

Share QC insights during internal operations review meetings or with client service teams.

Requirements:

  • SPM (or equivalent) qualification are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel for basic data analysis.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
