Job description

  • Ensure compliance with product specifications, food safety standards (such as HACCP, GMP, HALAL), and customer requirements.
  • Supervise the QAQC team in conducting inspections on raw materials, in-process checks, finished goods, and packaging.
  • Manage and prepare documentation for internal and external audits (e.g. HALAL, HACCP, MESTI, ISO).
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions post-audit.
  • Develop, update, and implement QAQC-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare regular quality reports and maintain QC records according to regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues raised by customers.
  • Prepare investigation reports and implement corrective measures.
  • Train and enhance the competency of QAQC staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
  • Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Logistics departments to address quality-related issues and support continuous improvement.
