Job summary

Hoiyongfruits is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Specialist in Malaysia to ensure the quality and safety of fresh produce throughout the supply chain. The role includes conducting daily inspections, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, and preparing quality documentation. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Food Science, relevant QA/QC experience, and strong skills in documentation. Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English are required. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of QA/QC experience in FMCG or F&B preferred.
• Comfortable working in warehouse/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections on incoming, in-process and outgoing fruits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal SOPs.
• Maintain accurate QA records and prepare reports for management.
• Monitor storage conditions and identify risks of spoilage.
