Job summary

Monster Energy APAC is seeking a Quality Control Lab Manager to own the Quality Control Laboratory in our beverage operation. You will lead day-to-day analytical testing, oversee HPLC and other methods, and drive regulatory compliance while building a high-performing team.

You will optimize resources, maintain lab equipment, monitor KPIs, and ensure tests and results meet the highest quality standards. The role demands hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Operations and QA,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related).
3–5 years of experience in beverage manufacturing or food/beverage analytical testing.
Experience with HPLC, CO2, Brix, TA, pH, sensory analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and optimize staffing, workflow, and lab scheduling to ensure timely testing activities and staff development.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments (including HPLC), coordinating with vendors to minimize downtime.
Ensure regulatory licenses and internal SOPs are followed; keep the lab audit-ready and compliant.
Drive KPI-driven process optimization for improved lab performance and efficiency.
Communicate test results and trends to stakeholders across Quality, Operations, and leadership.
Oversee inventory, procurement planning, and asset maintenance for lab equipment and supplies.
