Job summary

Comfortable Plastics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Control assistant to assist inspections of raw materials, in-process items and finished products on the production line.

You will check appearance and dimensions against standards, record results promptly, report issues to the supervisor, maintain QC records and assist with ISO-related documents, while supporting a team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• QC / Quality Control experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good attention to detail, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing / production environment.
• Experience in using basic measuring tools is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate with clients in Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
• Check product appearance, dimensions and basic quality requirements according to inspection standards.
• Assist with quality inspections and patrol checks on the production line.
• Record inspection results accurately and promptly.
• Report quality issues and non-conforming products to the supervisor.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining QC inspection records, reports and related documents.
• Assist in handling quality issues and following up on corrective actions.
• Maintain and properly handle QC measuring tools and testing equipment.
• Assist with ISO-related quality documents and records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
