You will coordinate supplier visits, perform material sampling, maintain QMS documentation, and support ISO 9001 processes. The role emphasizes corrective actions, audit readiness, and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare production-related reports, including quality and operational reports.
• Ensure measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated.
• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions, then follow up on improvements.
• Prepare inspection reports and document product deficiencies or non-conformances.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, and coordinate investigations and corrective actions.
• Support quality improvement initiatives to achieve company quality objectives.
• Coordinate and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, issue NCRs and monitor closure status.
