Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging in Johor is seeking an experienced Quality Control Intern to support product verification, data collection, and process validation at our Malaysia facility.

The role involves inspecting materials, WIP, and finished goods, recording measurements, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Diploma/Bachelor's in science/engineering are preferred, with strong math and problem-solving skills essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in science/engineering or closely related field.
• Math and problem-solving skills equivalent to high school education.
• Knowledge of process capability and test method validation.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect products at various stages of production to ensure quality and document results.
• Collect data and analyze information for recommendations and continuous improvement at the Johor site.
• Perform visual inspection and measure dimensional characteristics using tools to verify product conformance at Johor site.
• Conduct in-process testing and line monitoring to ensure compliance with specifications and GMP practices.
• Prepare certificates of analysis and conformance for finished goods at Johor site.
