Job Opportunity: Industrial and Production Engineer

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is optional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, organize, and oversee industrial production processes and installations.
• Establish programs for manufacturing activities and assess cost-effectiveness and safety.
• Analyze organizational structures, work samples, and operational data to optimize workforce and equipment efficiency.
• Develop specifications for manufacturing, including materials, equipment, piping, and layout.
• Manage project labor, materials, and equipment delivery.
• Set standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection, and maintenance, ensuring safety compliance.
• Inspect plants to improve and maintain performance.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and advise management on new production methods and equipment.
• Liaise with procurement and control departments to ensure a steady supply of materials.
