Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage nonconforming reports, ensuring timely closure.
• Provide support to Quality Engineering and Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with QA laboratory procedures, plant-wide practices, and relevant regulations.
• Deliver excellent service to internal customers.
• Report environmental, health, or safety concerns to Manager.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating sound decision-making.
• Identify, resolve, and prevent manufacturing issues through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

About the Role
