Qualifications

Job description

Job Description:

1. Organize the formulation of quality management documents and technical regulations, guide and supervise their implementation, and inspect, correct, and continuously improve the quality management system.
2. Establish and maintain raw material inspection, production process, and product quality control systems; formulate and update product inspection and testing standards.
3. Create annual verification plans, approve production process verifications, lead test method verifications, and oversee daily quality monitoring activities.
4. Conduct statistical analysis of quality abnormalities and follow up on sudden issues.
5. Possess the authority to halt production activities to address quality problems.
6. Participate in product material design or process change implementations, aiming to continuously improve process and product quality.
7. Coordinate between the quality management department and other departments in accordance with the quality manual and procedures.
8. Coordinate with relevant departments for customer factory inspections.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• College degree or higher.
• Over 3 years of experience in quality management.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, policies, standards, and specifications applicable to the company's products.
• Strong organizational, coordination, judgment, communication, planning, and execution skills.
• Experience with product process validation and new product validation methods.
• Hardworking, responsible, and with a clean professional record.

Additional:

• Participation in ISO Internal Audit is preferred.
