About the role

As the Quality Assurance Supervisor at Fuji Bakery Supplies (M) Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within the organisation. Working in a full-time capacity at our Puncak Alam facility in Selangor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards of our products and services.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures

Conducting regular inspections and audits to monitor product quality and production processes

Identifying and addressing quality issues, and implementing corrective actions

Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Maintaining detailed records and documentation of quality control activities

Reporting on quality metrics and KPIs to senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools and techniques

Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff at all levels

Proficient in the use of quality management software and data analysis tools

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements

Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related field preferred
