Job Description:

Tech Mahindra is looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cyberjaya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance within the BPO/IT industry, excellent command of both Mandarin and English, and a keen eye for detail.

Must Have: -

Language Requirement: Mandarin proficiency + B1 level English communication

Location: Work from Office in Cyberjaya

Shifts: 8-hour shifts between 7 AM to 1 AM (2 shifts 7am-4pm or 4pm-1am)

Eligibility: Experienced Call center/BPO Team Leaders (KYC Experience is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and audit customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Provide feedback and support to enhance team performance and customer experience
• Analyze trends and drive process improvements through quality insights
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and reporting
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support performance and compliance goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in the BPO or IT sector
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• KYC (Know Your Customer) experience is a plus
