Job summary

Pathgreen Energy is seeking a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer (QA/QC) to support quality control for residential Solar PV installation projects. This is primarily an office-based role where you review installation photos, videos, checklists, forms, and project documents to ensure work meets company standards and ISO requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or engineering.
• Experience or knowledge in QA/QC, ISO 9001 is an advantage.
• 1–3 years in Solar PV, electrical, construction, or QA/QC.
• Basic knowledge of Solar PV installation and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Review photos and videos of Solar PV installation work.
• Check installation progress against standards, drawings, and project requirements.
• Verify installation of PV modules, inverter, cabling, earthing, mounting structures, labelling, and finishing.
• Identify incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant installation work.
• Review project checklists, forms, testing records, and handover documents.
• Ensure the correct and latest ISO/QMS forms and procedures are followed.
• Check that project documents are complete, accurate, and properly approved.
• Record and follow up on QC issues and non-conformance.
• Assist with NCR, corrective action, and ISO audit documentation.
• Maintain QC trackers and project records.
• Communicate with installers and project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Suggest improvements to QC processes and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

• Experience or knowledge in QA/QC, ISO 9001, or Quality Management Systems is an advantage.

• 1–3 years of experience in Solar PV, electrical, construction, QA/QC, or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of Solar PV installation and electrical systems.

• Able to read basic electrical or Solar PV drawings.

• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
