Responsibilities

1. Responsible for quality management and administration, quality plans and procedures set-up.
2. To establish a system to release or reject raw materials, intermediates, packaging and labeling materials.
3. To release finished goods for sales or distribution purpose after reviewing and evaluating the entire production process, the control action taken and analytical test result for the product.
4. To review and evaluate the investigation result, recommended corrective and preventive action for any customer complaint, product failure, critical in-process control and finished goods.
5. Continuous monitor the effectiveness of the preventive action so that the quality system is improving from time to time.
6. To evaluate and establish vendor and/or supplier manufacturing process facility program prior being appointed as one of company's supplier.
7. Approves internal audit plan, review and evaluate the audit result, and present the audit report in Management Review meeting.
8. Attain to external and customer audit, response to the Corrective & Preventive Action required (CPAR) issued by all related parties.
9. Provide training to sub-ordinate whenever necessary.
10. To recruit, analyze training needs, assess performance of QA / QC personnel. Plan and arrange training of staff relating to GMP requirement.
