Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and policies.
  2. Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  3. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and integrate quality assurance processes.
  6. Manage the QA budget and resources effectively.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  8. Report on quality performance and issues to senior management.
  9. Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and policies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.
  11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Management).
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards (e.g., ISO, UL).
