We’re Hiring: QA Manager | Muar, Johor

Back End Manufacturing & Technology (BEM&T) is a world-class semiconductor manufacturer, recognized with multiple awards including the Prime Minister Quality Award and Most Productive Organisation in Southern Region.

We’re looking for an experienced QA Manager (10+ years in manufacturing, preferably semiconductor) to lead our quality systems, audits, customer ECC management, and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering/Quality Management.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, automotive quality standards, Six Sigma, and supplier audits.
• Wafer fab process expertise and front-end process control experience in advanced packaging products.
• Proven track record managing customer issues, production ramp-up, and quality system readiness.
• Strong Failure Analysis (FA) and engineering knowledge, with hands-on experience in metrology tools.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing QA teams and driving a quality culture.
