Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Take the lead to establish, implement and maintain the quality system and review quality improvement procedures on a regular basis
  • Roll out quality improvement programs by applying quality related / Six Sigma tools and methodologies to manufacturing plants
  • Develop and execute Six Sigma deployment programs and activities
  • Lead and coach holders of Six Sigma Belts to drive and implement quality improvement projects
  • Facilitate production and quality teams to review and resolve day-to-day operational problems and recommend practical solutions
  • Provide operations staff with adequate training on quality control mentality as well as Six Sigma concepts and insights
  • Communicate with customers and address quality related issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in in Quality Management / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in quality assurance and control, in which 3 years at management level gained from sizeable organizations
  • Certified Black Belt holder with Six Sigma implementation experience in manufacturing industry
  • Sound knowledge of various quality management tools
  • Preferably familiar with international product safety standards and quality systems, such as UL, CE, IEC; ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, IEC-Q-QC080000
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Effective leadership, prioritizing and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin is preferrable
